What I use to cope. I use crafts. I always have. Something I can sit of the sofa and do with my hands. It’s often something different, diamond art, sewing, embroidery, glitter glasses, making toys, wrapping in vinyl etc. I am currently in the middle of turning my hobby into a business so I don’t have the constant guilt about letting my boss down when I’m poorly. I will be doing embroidery, vinyl and sublimation so people can brand/personalise anything They want.


It’s always kept my mind and hands busy when I’ve been in pain and given me a feeling of accomplishment when I feel useless.
